Twila’s spent her entire career in the customer service industry and like her accomplice Kim, started her tenure with Intrawest as a Travel Consultant for Intrawest Central Reservations. Joining the Storied Places® team in June 2003 and based in our Storied Places OnCall® office in Vancouver, Twila tirelessly tends to the needs or our owners.
Lynsay Guillemin
Owner Experience Assistant
Lynsay has been with Intrawest for two years, prior to joining the OnCall team. Beginning her Intrawest tenure first as a Travel Consultant moving into a Quality Control Specialist position for the Intrawest Central Reservations division. Lynsay has a proven track record of strong customer service and organizational skills in addition to an exceptional sense of team.
Aside from her role with Storied Places, Lynsay volunteers her time as a coach for the Special Olympics and has also worked as an auxiliary paramedic for the Province of British Columbia. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball.
