Brad Carter

Innkeeper, Tonopalo

Brad rejoins the team after spending some time in the role of Captain and Member Relations Coordinator for East West Partners, responsible for the overall operations of the Wild Goose II.  As one of the original team members at Tonopalo, Brad joined us as an Owner Experience Assistant, quickly moving into a supervisor role overseeing the Owner Experience team and the Tonopalo Formula boat operations. 

Prior to Brad’s time with Storied Places, he spent several years with the North Tahoe Marina, having worked as a Recreational Operations Manager which led to a role as the Harbor Master and Assistant General Manager.  Brad’s extensive experience in boating teamed up with his in depth knowledge of the region makes him an obvious choice for this integral role.

Donna Laham

Assistant Innkeeper, Tonopalo

Donna lives in Kings Beach and comes to us from her previous role as Sales and Catering coordinator at The Golf Courses of Incline Village. Previous to this, Donna has spent many years in the hospitality industry working as a Front Office Manager at the Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort in Tahoe Vista. She has also held various roles in hospitality and the food and beverage industry in the mountain resort of Breckenridge, Colorado including 6 years in the role of Resident Innkeeper for the Swan Mountain Inn. Donna also holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from NYU and has traveled extensively. Describing herself as a ‘jack of all trades’, Donna looks forward to creating lasting memories for the owners and guests of Tonopalo.
